By email
Can’t sign in? Email support@duskfieldstudios.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my OdometerIQ account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile, and everything in it: drives and their routes and addresses, journeys, reports, vehicles, saved locations, contacts, expenses, odometer readings, uploaded photos (odometer, receipts, avatar), work profiles and settings.
- Deletion is immediate and permanent. It can’t be undone.
- To keep the one-free-trial-per-person rule, we keep your normalized email address and a hashed device identifier, linked to nothing else.
- Server logs are kept for up to 30 days, and deleted data can remain in our hosting provider’s database backups until they expire.
Subscriptions
- A subscription you bought on the web (card via Stripe) is cancelled automatically when you delete your account — you won’t be charged again.
- A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google, and deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it yourself in your Apple ID’s Subscriptions settings or in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
- If you’re the only admin of a team with an active team plan, make someone else an admin or cancel the team plan in Billing before deleting your account.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
