These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OdometerIQ, provided by Duskfield Studios LLC ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OdometerIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

2a. Your data

Your drives, photos and other records are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them to run OdometerIQ for you — and, if you join an organization, to show your business drives to its managers and admins as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete them at any time.

3. Trial & billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial that starts at sign-up and needs no payment card. You are not charged unless you subscribe.
Subscribing — during or after the trial — bills you that day: $6.99 weekly, $12.99 monthly, or $99.99 yearly, in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel.
Team plans are billed per seat, in advance, by the organization’s admin; adding seats mid-period is charged pro rata.
Cancel anytime: a web subscription in Settings, an App Store or Google Play subscription in your store account settings at least 24 hours before it renews. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you've already paid for. Deleting your account cancels a web subscription.
Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any law. The app and its content remain the property of Duskfield Studios LLC.

5. No tax advice

OdometerIQ is a mileage tracking and record-keeping tool. It applies the standard mileage rate for convenience and produces estimated figures for your records. It does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee any specific tax outcome. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and should consult a qualified tax professional about your situation.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duskfield Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tax positions, penalties, or losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its figures.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
